Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email at

Please note that the delivery tool shown on our product page is only an estimated possible delivery date assuming the fastest shipping service is chosen by you. All shown delivery dates are only estimates and we do not guarantee whatsoever that they will be delivered by the shown date.

 

Please also note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances that are out of our hands.



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


ww.shopylz.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


ww.shopylz.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


ww.shopylz.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Young Legendz Shop.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

Returns/Exchanges

You are entitled to Return/Exchange Your Order within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If you are applicable for a refund We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

* The Goods are in the original packaging

* The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

* Goods that have been customized or clearly personalized.

* Goods which show clear signs of wearing.

* Goods which were broken after delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your goods for a different size and/or color of the same item you ordered Please contact us via email at:

Items must be in New and Unused Condition in their original packaging in order to be applicable for exchange.

Please note that you can only exchange your item for a different size and/or color and we must first receive your original order back to our warehouse before shipping out the exchanged goods.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
