Never received anything from my order

Bad never got to use anything from my order because I have never received it or had a tracking number I paid for expedited shipping and everything I need a refund for that too because Ive been trying to reach the company about my order #13262 for a month now I order this on the 3/29/22 now it’s 5/10/22 still no order as of today it’s just said I ordered with this company before never any problems until now will please anyone contact me about my order and the next steps about this situation need a refund and my order thank you
